DS kicking me while changing diaper - what do i do!
my DS is 15 months old and has been kicking me while i change his diaper.. violently kicking - he is a strong boy... AND im 13 weeks pregnant - it hurts!!!!
aside from annoying, soon enough, it will be very dangerous...
how can i stop him?? ive distracted him.. - ive tried singing, he holds something, he drinks...and i just yelled at him b/c he kicked really hard i dont want to do that again..
help!

Try changing him sideways, with his legs facing away from you

DD has been doing the same thing starting at 15 months and when I tell her NO she does it more...so I hold her legs down and ignore her when she tires to, and it's stopped..my DD looooves attention, any kind of attention so I figure she's not doing it bc I'm ignoring her and not giving her any reaction

Same here with DS. I also notice that he doesn't mind as much if I just change him on the floor as opposed to the changing table.
