Dear Cashier at Lowes,
Thank you for commenting on how tired I looked and passing the comment to my DH that 'I must be pregnant'. It took every ounce out of me not to slap you. That shirt I was wearing will now be retired to an 'in the house shirt' - and thanks for making me feel terrible as we are on meds for infertility.

That is so not appropriate! It makes me so made. When we went to buy a test at the supermarket two weeks ago, the kid at the register said "Do you want one?" DH said want what a cupcake (he was buying cupcakes for a party). The kid holds up the test, and tilts his head.  Really! Who asks that? People amaze me.

Dear BFF,
I know that you are excited that we are TTC. I did tell you though that if it wasn't out month I would probably be really upset so it might be best not to ask. I know that your telling me I have a certain glow and that I look different was just your nice way of asking if I was PG. However since I had gotten AF already it probably wasn't the best thing to say. However, nice "save" for saying it must have been the blush I was wearing.

Im sorry but i wouldve went straight to the manager and complained. I understand cashiers like to make small talk (i was a cashier for 6 years) but HELLO - personal matters are off limits and unprofessional to say the least!
That person should have been reprimanded

I thought it was understood now-a-days that unless the woman is wearing a ' I'm Expecting!!' shirt, you just never EVER say a word unless you know for sure that she is preggo?? Stupid people.
