I havent taken any, LI IVF has early appointments starting at 6:30 which is when I go... right before work...

I didn't miss much work. The way my RE's office worked was:
Regular morning monitoring 6:00-7:30am (I also worked a mile away from the office, so that helped).
IUI's were done between 8am-9:00am, so I usually got to work no more than an hour late
for IVF - I took 2 days off both times. The day of and the day after retrieval. For the transfer, I worked 1/2 day the day of since you don't find out until that day if you having it done if it's a 3dt, and they do transfers between 1-4 in the afternoon. I also took the following day off and then a work from home day to just stay off my feet. But that wasn't at the recommendation of my RE.
