cycle days
If the day you get your period is cycle day 34 does that mean that your last cycle was 34 days or 33??

If you are very regular, then I would say its only a difference of a day or two or even exact. Every month is different.....I'm usually every 28. A few months ago it was 31.....some are 27 days.

I'm definitely no expert, but I would say you're right. If the first day of your period is supposed to be day 1, then your last cycle ended on day 33, the day before your period.

it would be a 33 day cycle. the first day of AF is day 1 of your next cycle.
