How do you know how many days are in your cycle?
I just started last month to keep track of AF i never kept track of how many days where in my cycle. Can anyone tell me how to go about figureing that out?

You'll need more than 1 month to gauge.
You count from the day after your first full day of AF until your next full day of AF. (Full day meaning - if you get AF Friday evening, start counting it as Saturday being your first day of AF.)
