here is my usual BJ's list:

Meat/Chicken
Cheeses (cheddar, cream, gouda & romano)
Crystal Light ice tea mix
juices
Triscuits
salad dressing (for marinades)
spices (sometimes)
TP (sometimes)
Kleenex tissues - SO CHEAP!
Lysol wipes/spray (lasts for a year +)
DH's deodrant
DH's contact lens solution (Opti Free)
Vitamins (2x a yr)
that time of the month stuff lol
garbage bags (1 box usually lasts us for almost a year!)

I used to buy paper towels there, but they're actually cheaper at S&S when they're on sale
