Cookware
I am in the market for a new set of cookware...What brand/style do you have and do you like it? We have had an Emeril set for a very long time and it's starting to chip...TIA.

Re: Cookware
I have Farberware and I hate it, it's the basic stainless steel like my mom had when we were growing up.
We are slowly buying Calphalon pans instead. They have good sales on Amazon.

Re: Cookware
I have the Calphalon Tri-Ply 13 piece set and I love it. It's stainless but nothing sticks to it and in the RARE instance (typically if I burn something! ) I just soak the pot with a small amount of soapy hot water for about an hour and it cleans up instantly.

I have the 7 piece All Clad Stainless Steel set. I plan to add pieces to it in years to come. I also have a few pieces of Calphalon non stick.
I highly recommend All Clad.

I have the Calphalon Tri-Ply Copper! I have a few of the non-copper, too. I love these!
What I like so much is the way the handles and weight of the pans feel.
DH loves the copper ones for dry cooking and their browning ability. Image Attachment(s):

I like the set, its a bit heavy. You would still need some non-stick cookware. In terms of cleaning, it cleans well. At times foods do stick, but nothing so unmanageable to clean.
