Congested w headaches
For about a week already I have been very stuffy and congested in my nose, I've used saline mist and it's a temp relief. Ontop on that I am Getting a headache everyday. I take Tylenol but not everyday
Any suggestions? I even tried a cup if caffeine coffee this am

Congested w headaches
When I get a headache, I find drinking water helps. Sometimes, it just means I need more sleep and it means very early to bed...

No advice but I have been having the same issues, it is driving me insane!! I just want to breathe and my head is killing me. I wish I could take excedrin migraine, tylenol is not cutting it.

Congested w headaches
Sorry you're not feeling well. For me, the only combo that works for a headache is lots of water, Tylenol, and a good solid chunk of sleep (a long nap, or going to bed early at night). Hope you feel better soon!
