Confused about "O"
I used OPk's last month and never got a positive. I never got any of my "typical" signs that O would be coming.
I've had spotting to a very light flow for about 5 days now.
Here's my question...if I didn't O and this is just "breakthough" bleeding, do I still count my first day as CD1?
I want to track this month and use OPK's again but I'm a little lost.
Can anyone offer any advice?

Spotting and light flow for 5 days sounds like a period. Maybe you didn't O this cycle?

I didn't O this cycle but this is def. not my typical period. I'm not sure if I should count the first day it started as cd1.
I want to get back on track but I'm not sure what to do...

the first day you have to use a pad or tampon is CD1.
