Confused about my Cycle - Need Advice
I am so confused! My cycle is regular, 30-31 days with O on CD 19 or 20. I do not use OPKs or anything. Just observe CM to figure out BD schedule. This month I decided to try Mucinex. I started on CD 15 and got EWCM within 2 hours on the toilet paper. We BDed that night and the next night (EWCM again). DH was away the next night so I skipped the Mucinex that day. I had no CM the next 2 days (CD 18 and CD19). Today is CD 20 and I am getting lotiony CM. I am so confused! I think I O'd on CD16 or 17 but why would I get lotiony CM now? This never happens to me. After O, I dry up and that's it.
Any advice?

i thought you were supposed to take the mucinex from cd1 until "O" this could be the reason?

Actually most dr recommend that you start 5 days before expected O bc thats when you need to CM the most

that's what i thought as well. which is why i started on CD15 b/c i usually O on CD19 or CD20.

honestly, i think it is hard to tell if you are ONLY going by CM
it is much more helpful if you use another method in conjuction
opk's or charting

No idea, I tend to get reamt CM after I O until AF.
I would BD every other/every day for the next few days.
