I Oed on the 10 and 11th of March as per CBFM, how many days past ovulation am I? 5 Or 6? Do you count the first day you Oed or the second day? sooo confused

I *think* it is the days after your surge. So, the day you no longer have the surge or peak readings, is most likely the day you ovulate.

You count the day after you O as 1 DPO.

ok so counting then from the 12th of March I would be 5DPO. Right? Does that matter if I got a high reading on CBFM?

The CBEFM works differently than OPKs.

You should count the second peak day as your ovulation date.

With the CBEFM, it detects the LH surge indicating that ovulation will occur within 24-36 hours. So let's say you test at 8 am on March 10, that will mean you ovulate somewhere between 8 am and 8 pm on March 11.

You will ALWAYS get 2 peak days with the CBEFM. The first day is the detection of the LH surge, and the second peak day you get automatically, indicating another peak day of fertility (highest chances that you will get pregnant are those two peak days). You will also always get a high day after the two peak days, since there is a chance the egg can still be fertilized.

So I would count March 11 as your O date, making you 5 dpo today.
