Confused?
Okay I am not sure if this is going to sound dumb, but I attempted to figure out my due date (if I were PG right now) and when I did it said I was 3 2/7 weeks PG with a conception date of the July 8th. Now my question is why would it say 3+ weeks if the 8th was only 1 week ago?? I am so confused??

Re: Confused?
timing of your pregnancy is based on the day of your last period, not when you conceived. it is weird, because you are always dated 2 weeks later than the baby actually is.

Re: Confused?
So does that mean that when you get a BFP at two weeks PO that you are 4 weeks PG? Or do you say you are 2 Weeks PG?

You would say 4 weeks pg. They start counting weeks from your last AF.

Note: This is only true if you have regular 28 day cycles. Otherwise the EDD is calculated assuming two weeks before conception. (My first pregnancy I hadn't had a period for over 10 weeks, but was only 6 weeks pregnant at my initial ultrasound)

I was just going to say this. My cycle was 48 days so if they counted back to my last AF, I would have been about 9 weeks pregnant when I got my BFP. Basically, just add 2 weeks to the day of ovulation.
