commuting with bm
i forgot my ice packs at home today so i have two options
1- drive home without ice packs (its a 30 minute commute, 40 minutes with traffic)
2- leave the milk in the work refrigerator - my concern with that, is there are many times i come into work in the morning and the refrigerator was left open

I commute an hour and I just put it in my lunch bag. I never use ice packs. It's not going to go bad in such a short amount of time.

I think stick them in the fridge all day, and drive home without the ice packs. Or, can you go to a grocery/convenience store during lunch and buy frozen peas or corn?

Can you go to CVS or soemthing and get those gel ice packs and stick them in the freezer at work.
I don't think the 30 mins would ruin it but I know BM is like gold so I'd hate to take a chance.
I would not leave it in my work fridge......

youre fine driving home without the ice packs. bm can stay out at a MINIMUM of 4 hours without going bad.

either get freezer packs or even just throw some bottles of water in the freezer now and pack it with that later- it will definitely freeze by when you leave
