I don't think it's necessary, but then again I don't drink coffee.

YESChat Icon People always look for coffee where there is sweets! We always serve coffee whether it's 50 degrees or 100 degrees. My MIL swears that drinking hot coffee cools you down in warm weatherChat Icon

Yes. I would still try and serve it. I don't drink coffee, but, always have friends or family members looking for a cup, especially with cake/dessert.

We just went to a kid party where they had ice coffee for the adults.

I would definitely have some there (I'm not a coffee drinker).

We always serve coffee as well - my family would go crazy if it was missing.

But as long as you have diet coke/pepsi - you won't hear a complaint from me Chat Icon

I say yes...

Whenever we have our parties, I am always surprised about the amount of tea and coffee drank on the day!

Yeah, I think you should have it, normally the older people at the very least want coffee with their cake.

But I agree with Ang, with the weather forcasted, you won't hear a complaint from me.

Re: Coffee at B-day party?

I would say yes. DH and I are not coffee drinkers, but I have learned my lesson that people who love coffee will love it any time, all the time. Last year, instead of asking us to break out the coffee maker, my SIL BROUGHT HER OWN for a get together...

I always look for it when there is cake. Mmmmm, cake and coffee......Chat Icon

You could always send someone to DD for a box of Joe so you don't have to set up the urn.
