CM question

Hi girls,
So this month was my first month to try temping. The previous month I just tracked CM. I have not used OPKs at all, but plan on starting them this summer. Right now we aren't actively trying and I'm only charting to better understand the whole process. So last month, I had EWCM CDs 14-18 and then again right before AF CD 25-27, AF came CD 29. So this month I temped. I suck at temping. I wake up frequently and my temps are all over. Anyway, Fertility Friend said I Oed CD 14. I had EWCM CDs 12-14, which makes sense. But now 5DPO, CD 19 I have a lot of EWCM. Does anyone know why I am getting it later in my cycle as well? Or am I not Oing around CD 14? I'm confused. Do you think I should use OPKs? Would this help?

I noticed that I have some egg white cervical mucus around 7 or 8 DPO. Is this a sign that I have low progesterone?

DR. AMOS:
EWCM comes from an estrogen increase. That usually happens several days prior to ovulation. But it also happens about a week after ovulation. So seeing EWCM again at that time is not unusual.

I read that a 2nd round of CM could be that your body tried to O again b/c it didn't O the first time. But all these "could be" things can make you nuts. It "could be" b/c the hormone thing you posted too.

And I know nothing of temping. I'd probably screw it up
