Closing Costs? DOes this seem right?
Almost $14k for Record and Return Title Agency, Inc. alone.
We're in Westchester County if that makes a difference.

yup we paid about that. our closing costs were 20K total since we bought points as well, it s*cks I know....

you may be making the check out to the title company and they will divy out the rest of the $$??
