So it looks like i'm really finally closing after MANY months of torture on this house. My lawyer said he was going to give me the numbers yesterday never did and then this morning after many furious emails pleading I got them! He was waiting for the seller's lawyer to return his call on some numbers on his end.
Well I have to say they are DRAINING every penny practically, the summary is about 4K more then what I thought we would be bringing to closing and I am really interested in looking at the breakdown of this but in the end we will have a house - YIPPIE!
Edit actual closing time is 11AM.
update we are closed big freaking mess but iys done we own a house
