closed today FINALLY!
so after 3 months we finally closed on our house... we won't take possession until Friday but i'm still glad its done! There are just issues with the permits on the fence (so some money is held in escrow) so i hope it all works out! now comes the hard part of paying that mortgage bill every month!  thanks to all that listened to me complain about this process!! i appreciate all advice/help!

hey congrats!!! Hope you have a smooth move in day. Are you going to do anything to the house prior to moving in? like paint. or is it move in ready?

we def have to paint, sand the floors and scrub the entire house clean. we did a walk through yesterday and the homeowners totally let the place go  there was crap just everywhere lol... i'm hoping to move in by the end of july but we'll see! thank you all for your well wishes!
