clomid ladies; OPK question
Do you get your positive on the day each cycle of doing clomid? the first two times I took it, I got a positive on CD 14, today is CD 14 and it came back negative. I am using the CBE digital ones.
i went for my sono check yesterday and I have two dominant follies (one on each ovary), so I know it'll happen soon, but I was really expecting to get my positive today.
wanted to see what you all have experienced.
TIA

Re: clomid ladies; OPK question
I have been on several clomid cycles, and for me personally, I don't surge on my own (never get a positive OPK), and I have to take a HCG trigger to make me O. Good luck!
ETA: your surge could vary from cycle to cycle... for instance last month my follies were not mature until CD 17, this month it was CD 13, so you never know

Re: clomid ladies; OPK question
with meds everything is different each cycle. you can never depend on the same thing to happen each cycle, ever. plus you shouldnt really need to use OPKs if you are being monitored appropriately (unless the Dr. told you to).

Re: clomid ladies; OPK question
Since I O on my own, the RE told me to use OPK's to detect a surge in case I surge before he wants me to trigger. It has never happened, and he has timed it perfectly each time because I've gone in for sonos each time. Clomid definitely altered my cycle and O schedule. It used to be CD 13 and CD 14. Now, It's 16 or 17!
