Clicking/cracking sound in belly (3rd tri)
Sometimes when the baby is moving around I hear a sound like when you crack your knees coming from my belly! I did a search online and apparently there are a bunch of women who experience this late in their third trimester but no one seems to know what it is. I am seeing my doc tomorow and I am going to ask but was wondering if anyone on here had heard anything like this?

I read about this in a pregnancy book and supposedly it is very common. They say that it is just the baby crunching up in a ball or stretching.

Really? How crazy! I thought that is what it was, but when I told my mom today she freaked me out.

Really? How crazy! I thought that is what it was, but when I told my mom today she freaked me out.
I also read in the book that it is nothing to be concerned as far the bones cracking. If the baby can fit through the birth canal without breaking a bone, then he/she can bend and crack with no problem.

so strange.. i thought everyone had this..
I have it too.. i really sounds like the baby is cracking its bones or scraping them against something.. its a odd sound/feeling.. sometimes I feel it when I have my hand on my belly
