3rd Tri - Lifting Your Arms
I have heard from more than one person not to lift your hands over your head during your 3rd Trimester as it can make you wrap the cord around the baby's head.
Is this an old-wives tale or you think it may be slightly true?
And when they say "over" your head, does it mean reaching for the sky - or something as silly as shampooing your hair in the shower?
Any ideas? Hmmm.....

I would think this is an old wives tail because there are plenty of woman who do pre natal yoga. Aren't there poses where you lift your arms over your head?

I certainly hope this is an old wives tale because I lift my hands over my head and sort of "stretch" all the time

I heard this one, too, but I don't think it is true.
I also heard about not laying flat on your back and doing any exercises over your head (lifting weights etc)
