Listen, I will admit there are times I feel like telling them- just give me ONE amount, and I'll write you a check now- just to avoid the constant ask for us to fundraise, etc. I refuse to fundraise. Tell me what you need, and I'll give it to you from my own money- I'm not bothering my family and friends to buy overpriced wrapping paper and nonsense.

I have done this at the preschool level. I'd rather them get the money than some small percentage!
