City Mini Double - ugh...used it 1st time today...
and I didnt like it! 
Just so different from my double snap n go.
Had NO WHERE to put my diaper bag and my strap is long.
No where to place a cup.
Found a clip to put my pocketbook on and then is dangled to the floor.
Please tell me you have found ways to do the above because I need this stoller. it def rides well and the boys love it.
I just dont yet.

BBB sells a cup holder for it that works great. I put my diaper bag around the handle ( even though it says not to)

Get the Mommy Hook (they sell another one that's similar that is a combo lock also)
And I believe they sell a cup holder for it.

I have it and love it! I also had the single for just DS and loved it which is why I got the double when I just had DS #2.
First, you have to get the parent console. Its a separate attachment which will hold your drink and also has two other compartments. I usually stash my wallet,phone, keys, chapstick, etc in those.
Next, I always recommend the stroller hooks I got. They're by Think King and literally do not budge or loosen no matter what you hang on them. I've used them every day since DS1 was in his stroller and they're still good as new 2 yrs later. I don't know what diaper bag you have but I just hang my strap from both of those hooks. I hang one on each outside bar but if your strap is shorter you can hang the hooks one on an outside bar and one on the middle.
It rides and steers like a dream, that's what I couldn't tolerate about the snap and go.
Get the parent console and give it another chance. I guarantee you'll love it.

I know you don't want to buy a new diaper bag but I got the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe for that reason. They have special clasps that hook onto the double stroller handle so that the bag does not dangle & it is so accessible. I love it!

Where can I find the double Parent console and clips?
The parent console is made by Babyjogger (the city mini brand). I got it at at BBB when I got the stroller. I also got the hooks there as well.

I just got it a few weeks ago and it took me some adjusting....I was regretting it the first week or so and now i love it.
i bought the parent console (there is only a single....so for now i have the one that goes across half the top--want to get another eventually) but that holds a cup/water bottle and has 2 other pockets that i use for my keys and cellphone. got it at BBB.
i bought the mommy hook and hang my bag right on the middle of the top bar and i don't hit it when i walk and it doesn't hang too low.

Definitely get the parent console! And they actually sell double hooks at BBB that's even better than the mommy hook (over by the strollers in Westbury) that you can attach the diaper bag to.

i have it. to put the diaper bag in the bottom I have to pull off the straps , shove the bag in, and snap the things back on. I have a mommy hook on the small bar in the middle so its' not on the actual handle. I am used to not having any cups , but I'll put a bottle of water in the pockets behind the seat. I love the way it rides, but everything else takes getting used to. I think every double stroller sux !
You will get used to it, I def. miss my snap and go!!!

If you get the Maclaren netted bag that attaches to the back it has 2 cup holders. This is what I have used. I have a diaper bag where the straps adjust and you could make it really long, so this is how I hang my diaper bag. also I have use a pack pack to. I make the straps really lose and then you could hang it on the stroller. Once you have pushed this stroller awhile and then use something else you will see the difference. The city mini has such a smooth ride. Also you will get so used to the easy flat fold. Just give it time and you will adjust.

I didn't like it at first - but for other reasons. I didn't love the wheels - but now I rather like it.
Get the parent cup holder - (it also fits my bumbleride indie twin). I LOVE it - it can hold 2 straw cups and a bottle of water - or 2 straw cups, my cell phone and my keys.
Honestly when I take that stroller I pack differently. I put very little into my diaper bag and put it in the basket (I unclip the basket to get it in). I use the huge back pockets for most of the things I need (I put snacks or a small bag with diapers and wipes in the back pockets). I was surprised when we went to WDW how much stuff I could really get into it b.c it is deceptive.
My personal feeling is with any stroller it is really a personal preference. There are so many on here who LOVE the maclarens and I personally though mine was a piece of garbage - my girls hated riding in it (I have the single quest sport) and I could never carry anything b.c there was no room for it. So my feeling is go with your gut if you don't love it - sell it.- But if you want to give it a try - the above is what I like about mine.

all those things you hate about it could be avoided! lol
have to get the parent console.. works wonders!
and i know it sucks to to do this but totally worth it!
i have the Skip Hop Duo deluxe and the special straps hook right on to the double.. it doesn't hang at all.. its right up at the top of the bar.
i can send a pic of mine if you want to see what it looks like.
and that bag is a twin diaper bag.. its absolutely amazing. i fit everything in there!

yes!!! i have the mommy hook and it's great!!!! i have to get the cup holder thing to attach to mine. i have the combi twin double. the citi mini looked a little too bulky for me. good luck hon!!!
