Charting while BF?

I'm almost 8wks PP and would like to start charting but I'm EBF DS.

Did/Do any of you chart while you were/are BFing? If so, how did you do it? The only time of day I'm not up for four hours in a row is a little hard to find (with night-nursing, changing diapers in the middle of the night, etc).

I used charting as birth control before DS and assumed while I'm EBF there's no way I can continue. With the night feedings there's no way it would be accurate I assume.
