charting question
So I usually take my temp at 7AM but for some reason I didnt want to wake up today I ended up taken the temp at 7:50AM. Will 50mins really make a big difference?

Re: charting question
I believe the rule of thumb is you a get a half hour window either way. So anything either a half hour before of half hour after regular time can be recorded normally.
I would just note on your chart the time you took your temp that day.

I agree, I never adjust for time, but make a note in case it throws everything off.

Re: charting question
It'll make a difference in the temp, but one temp in the grand scheme of things isn't a big deal. The point is to see a pattern. Make sure you're up at regular time the next few days, and it should be fine.
