It was almost too difficult for me to open this thread because I'm still often struck with sadness about my 12 year-old cat Minny who we lost a few years ago.
I can totally understand how you're feeling. It's really difficult to lose a pet no matter how long you've had them, but 11 -12 years can make quite an impact.
She seems to have had a wonderful life with a thoughtful and caring owner and that should be a big comfort to you!

Just saw this, I'm so, so sorry for your loss.  I've often admired her picture. She was beautiful.
My Smudge has been gone over a year--she was 19--and I like to think she comes back to visit me every now and again.

Oh, how beautiful she is. I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how you must feel right now. As an owner of 4 cats, I know how wonderful and loving and sweet they can be.
