CBEFM- recommend or not?

Hey all..
I'm already getting depressed as I'm pretty sure AF is on the way So I'm thinking ahead, how is the CBEFM vs OPKs? I don't have any problem with the digital OPKs I usually get a smiley on it, etc. no problems. So what does the CBEFM offer that the OPKs don't?

Definitely recommend the CBEFM! It's less of a guessing game like with OPKs. Say you O late one cycle, you're POAOS (peeing on an O stick) several times a day after holding it in for several hours for several days til you get your smiley or dark line. With CBEFM, you just POACBEFMS (pee on a CBEFM stick ) once a day with FMU. You have a 6 hour window so if you like to sleep in on weekends, you can. For example, I set mine at 9am so I can test anytime between 6 and 12. I just POACBEFMS when I get up, put it in the monitor if it asks for a stick, go about my business and just check the monitor in 5 minutes and it tells you if have low, high, or peak fertility.

ETS: You turn the monitor on before using the stick because you won't always have to POACBEFMS. First time you use the machine, it starts asking for sticks on CD6. It takes a few months to get used to your cycles. Since I have longer cycles, it usually starts asking for sticks around CD10 for me.

I recommend it as well. It worked for me on my 2nd month of trying and I'm pretty sure I didn't use it correctly the first month. I like that it tells you when your high fertility and peak fertility days are as opposed to the OPK's that just tell you when you're about to ovulate.

I love my CBEFM. It took me 8mos to conceive my DD with OPKs and charting. It only took me 3mos to conceive #2 with the CBEFM. Good luck!

I love it, no guessing game. You also dont have to POAS when you think you are going to O or hold ur pee in. I pee in a cup with my FMU. I use the cup for just in case I messed up the test or something. It also gives more of a window to .

I def recommend the CBEFM! Much easier than OPKs & less guessing. I got pregnant the 2nd month using it (4 months total)

See if anyone on here is selling theirs before you go and spend alot of money on new one.
