CBEFM High Fertility?
So this is my 1st month using the CBEFM and today was my first high reading.
Should we BD every other day starting today? How long does it take on average to ovulate from a high reading?

If I remember correctly you can have 3-5 days of HF readings. I would start

When I had high reading I would til the @ 2 days after my last peak and it worked the 2nd time I did this

I tried the 7 day in a row thing too and it didn't work for me (using CBEFM...same thing you did)....but I think I am going to have to try it again this month too. We are onto month 5...

yes, you should def. today and every other day until you hit peak. once you hit peak then you should for a few days straight. I only had one day of high before I got my peak, but everyone is different. GL

If you are typically irregular you may have more high days than if you are regular. I usually have 5-10 high days.

I tried the 7 day in a row thing too and it didn't work for me (using CBEFM...same thing you did)....but I think I am going to have to try it again this month too. We are onto month 5...
The difference the 2nd time for us was I was on vaca and we sometimes in the morning rather then the night. We did 6 days straight.

Yea I cant handle BD several days in a row...I guess we will BD every other day until I hit a peak and then that day.

This is only my 2nd month using it but last month i had 5 days of high readings, 2 peak, then one more at high b4 it went back down

I am CD 14 and still no Peak or smiley on my opk...I took 100mg of clomid CD4-8...I am getting an u/s tomorrow to see whats going on.
