CBEFM

Does anyone when you start testing and how it works. Thinking of getting one but am interested to know how it works. Already using opk's AND the OVwatch.

I will be officially starting to use mine next month. I may not have much info. for you but, you start using it within the first 3 days of AF. You cannot start it any other time. basically, you use FMU when it asks you to test. You must turn the machine on within a +/- 3 hour time frame each day. Machine will eventually get use to your cycles and tell you your 6 most fertile days (this including high fertility days and your peak days) HTH

For what it's worth I got my BFP the first month using the CBEFM. I was using all sorts of other methods too so I can't say for sure if it was solely the CBEFM that worked.
