Car shopping spinoff
Is there really such a thing as sign and drive, nothing down? I feel like they always get me for something like taxes or fees and they say its and exception and must be paid up front.
Has anyone bought or leased a car and not left a dime?

You always have to pay DMV fees no? And of course sales tax.
I am sure they can work that into the monthly payment but either way you are paying for it- either up front or in your monthly payment.

You absolutely can roll everything in. You just need to tell them you want a true sign and drive and keep reiterating it. Keep in mind your payment will be substantially higher then any advertised payments.

It is mandatory but it can be rolled into your payments if you don't want to pay up front

It's silly to pay interest on the taxes and fees if you can afford to do it upfront.
