Why you should get a babysitter while car shopping....
2 kids, running around the showroom playing in EVERY car in there. Doors slamming, them running.......
THEN the excitement must have been too much b/c Ava had an accident in the middle of the showroom......
I don't think we'll be going back there 
We attempt to go out again....the used salesman was pretty strange and Jack takes one look at him and calls him a stupid a^%$$!@
Sooooooo, can I just click my heels 3 times and have a new car in my driveway? Either that or have margaritas in the showroom

OMG that is too much, luckily when we went out looking for cars we found a few kid friendly places. Well we went to Jeep,Chrysler in riverhead and they had a service waiting room with ice cream and cookies and cakes so my DD was too busy pigging out to be jumping in the cars. And i think the toyota dealership out there also had a kids area to play. It definitly is hard, but the salesmen should know better and try to make it as easy for you as possible, if they want the sale!

Dan could tell you stories 1000x times worse with all the "kids" he deals with! The average age of the "kids" he deals with are over 30

DD having an accident in the showroom is the perfect cue to ask if the upholstery has stainguard
Ah the joys of parenthood... on the flipside, they'll remember carshopping the rest of their lives... I still remember the thrill when I was 7

Hah...Funny you should ask, because I plan on begging my Mother to babysit for us tomorrow when we go to Acura. I would much rather have dental surgery with no gas or pain killer than to take Ava and Brody with me.
My regular babysitter is already busy.
I can't even remember to pick up the basics when I take these two to Stop and Shop, forget about making any major decisions.

Oh wait - it got better.........
So I call the Honda dealer to see if any new Pilots came in. I took the kids b/c I figured it would just be a quick trip, which it was thankfully.
Well, as I'm *trying* to leave Jack starts throwing a temper tantrum b/c he doesn't want my car, he wants a NEW car.
After I peeled his fingers off the car door, I had to drag him across an entire parking lot kicking and screaming.....the salespeople were hysterical.
At this point its just comical - I swear, you can't make this stuff up.
