Re: Can you take food into disney?
YES!!!! We put it in a soft sided cooler and never had a problem with it!!! They never questioned it with the kids... I had an issue at Universal, but once I said my son had food allergies, it wasn't a problem. We brought in bottled water, juice boxes, snacks....

Re: Can you take food into disney?
Always bring a soft cooler itch drinks and fruit. And then some dry snacks in my back pack. We use the snacks for long lines to help pass the time.

Re: Can you take food into disney?
Yup we brought in snacks actually for us. We used deluxe dining so we had two snacks for he and I free. We used those for her to get pretzels and ice cream, etc. For us we used our own snacks. We ordered food to be delivered to our room before we even arrived in Orlando. Its that food we used for morning tie-me-overs for her, our snacks and late night snacks.
Taking in our own snacks made it easier for us to hand her a snack or juice box if it wasn't convenient to get her a snack there.

ditto- the security guard even commented on how great our backpack cooler was. Had no issue.

Re: Can you take food into disney?
They won't let you take glass in - but I always brought zip locks with cheerios, juice boxes and bottled water without any question. I don't think they let glass, hard sided coolers or alcohol in. But you are fine to bring say a bagel or snacks and bottled water or juice boxes in with you.

Re: Can you take food into disney?
We packed lunch everyday and then treated the kids to icecream and a souvenier. Love doing it this way to avoid spending tons of money on chicken fingers and other fast food. My wallet is happy and the kids are excited to get some special treats!
