Can I show you where I will be spending my summer?
We had our inspection yesterday and I had to take loads of pics of the backyard since that is why we fell in love with the house...
As someone who has lived in Manhattan for 8 yrs, then Hoboken for 5-- to have this much private outdoor space is a priceless luxury.. Plus because there are so many trees, we can't see anyone else!
I cannot wait to lie on that hammock and have drinks on the patio! Every day will feel like a vacation.

Re: Can I show you where I will be spending my summer?
That's beautiful Randi! Enjoy! It was a great find, it seems to me that a lot of houses in Westchester have small or weird backyards ( My in laws have a giant rock formation taking up 1/4 of their small yard).
