Can I do CD3 bloodwork on CD2???

Can I do CD3 bloodwork on CD2???
So I'm just thinking ahead and if I do get AF th is month, I would most likely get it on Thursday which would make CD3 Saturday and most places are closed, and if they are not they are usually packed by 7AM. So was wondering if I could do the test that Friday which would be CD2.

I got AF on a Thurs and did my bloodwork on a Sat. I had barely a wait. However, my RE said that if CD3 was a Sun then to do the bloodwork on the Sat (CD2).
