Calling my fellow IT people...
Anybody an MSCE or on track? I know alot of people are expiring soon...
Got any tips/advice for someone going for it now?
Looks like we are going to an MS shop (gasp!)...and there go my Novell certs

husband is mcse'd-he took it bout 4 years ago-n its like 8 tests-some are really easy but towards the end they get harder-i guess if u study a lot-ull be good

Yeah it's 7 tests now... I've heard the actual MS self pace study guides are not that great...trying to find out if that's true or not...
Did he use the MS ones?

I used to have my Novell certs. I've been involved in M$ shops for years now, and have no "formal" training, and I know of very few MSCEs in-house. Computers change so fast, it almost doesn't seem worth it.
