Good for her! She looks great, but just like almost every magazine it is obviously photo shopped.
Still looks fantastic though.

Caitlyn looks surprisingly really great. Because Bruce was not a good looking man
I agree -- Bruce was not a good looking man once he started all the plastic surgery and hormones (in the 80's), then backed out of it, (had tons more reconstructive surgery), and then recently started the plastic surgery/hormones again for this transition. He was just over done and in limbo that whole time.
During the 70's -- untouched, he was good looking as a man.
Now he looks better than ever, because everything he has been working towards has come together.
Does anyone know if he had the full sex change operation? I know he said he wasnt sure if he was gonna go through with it.
I read that he did not have genital surgery

OK OK OK -- so a few things...
First, honestly, the first thing I thought was well, she looks a heck of a lot better than Kris!
Anyway, but did he errrrr she?? Right?? She now?? Did she get breast implants??
And like super recent? Because I didn't notice them when HE was talking to Diane Sawyer and that was pretty recent, no??
I guess you can get them quite quickly.
I think Caitlyn looks great - I mean, considering the reality of it all. I thought it was going to look a lot more awkward and kind of make you chuckle than it actually does. It is tasteful and respectful. When I first heard this was going to be shown on a mag cover I was like oh God it'll be something everyone will roll their eyes at or look at and go, weird but NOT at all in my opinion! I think it looks nice. And good for her. I'm glad she's happy in her own skin finally after all this time.

I don't think she looks gorgeous, her face looks over done to me and its a lot of photoshopping. I don't think she looks ugly but stunning and gorgeous are not my first thoughts.
However, I think it's great that she can finally be comfortable in her own skin and I'm happy for her. I'm sure it's been a tough journey for her and the family.
And call me dense but when I saw this on FB I said to my DH, "whose this Bruce's ex wife", cause I recognized the last name. In which he said "no dummy it's Bruce". I didn't recognize her.
Eta: I saw the other pic, I think so much better. Don't like her face in the cover.

I am truly just curious. It has been stated that he has NOT had a sex change- as in has not become a women with genital surgery- so why does he have to be referred to as SHE? What constitutes a gender change?
