Caffeine question
Did you cut out all caffeine when you got your bfp? I am so tired and missing my coffee. I forgot what I did when I was pregnant with my ds.

Caffeine question
I cut out all caffeine once I started stimming. Since July 29, I have had 2 glasses of soda.
My doctor though said 1 small caffeinated beverage a day is fine - so once the weather gets colder, I will most likely indulge in an occasional cup of tea.

Caffeine question
Can you drink half caff? Or tea? That took off the edge for me a few times. I've had a little here and there :)

I am kind of getting used to it and getting decaf coffee but I am so tired and my son has so much energy! I think last time after 12 weeks I had a cup of coffee a day.

Caffeine question
I basically cut out my caffeine since last week when I started Stims I'm dying!! I cheated twice with a small cup of half decaf half regular because I couldn't take it. Ha..I know how you're feeling..

I did not. They say to keep it under 200mg a day. I don't drink coffee but I'll drink a soda 1-2 times a day and that's well under 200mg.

I cut caffeine leading up to my last FET. I didn't start drinking it until my second trimester and only had it once a day(1 pm when I needed a nap).
