alcohol and caffeine question

at what point during your IVF cycle did you stop drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks?

I didnt. Well I reduced any alcohol consumption to wine only and just a glass or two . I had maybe 2 glasses during my IVF 2ww. I didnt lower my Coffee intake. My RE said neither would have any effect on implantation. But caffeine withdrawal can impact it in a bsad way. ( I drank 2 cups a day).

I would do what your comfortable with and if its Nothing, then I would stop at transfer day.

I stopped alcohol with AF and i try to minimize the caffeine. iwork 24 hour shift once a week so i drin about 32 oz that day but on others days i don't drink anything. i try to cut it to what i absolutely need

I didnt stop completely. I usually only have one cup of coffee a day anyway so I still have that. As far as the drinking, I am not a big drinker as it is but the times I have been out I have just had a club soda or one white wine spritzer.

I cut out all caffeine and alcohol (not that I'm a huge drinker to begin with) when I started the Lupron phase of my cycle. It was actually part of my IVF cycle instructions.

I don't drink coffee after transfer. I usually have a cup a day.
I will have maybe one glass of wine or drink occasionally after transfer. I've never cut out alchohol completely. I don't drink a whole lot in general, though, so it's not that big a deal.

I pretty much stopped it since starting with an RE last year. Though now and again, during an off cycle, I will have alcohol. But, as much as I love coffee, it doesn't love me so I've had to cut that out for other reasons (though I keep sneaking a cup here and there). My acupuncturist actually had me stop both during her treatment. Problem now is, if I have two sips of wine I feel like I've had 2 glasses.
