C-section moms-when did your staples come out?
I have a unique situation-Its been 14 days and I still have my staples. I was scheduled to have them out Thursday but my doc had an emergency C-section. Friday I couldnt get to his office and he is closed weekends. Well it looks as if they started healing into my skin. I am so scared to go to him today

They took my staples out and put steri-strips on the morning i left the hospital.

Mine came out 8 days after I delivered - they seemed like they were "stuck" in me and some were coming out on their own, which actually hurt more than the others. The removal was not too bad, though, I thought the removal of the bandage w/ the sterri strips was worse because of the "waxing" I got with it.

They are supposed to hurt if left in, its gonna be sore when they come out, Try not to panic

Sorry I had this blue thread that my obgyn pulled out on my 3rd day in the hospital. I had steri strips that I took off on day 7 because they started to smell and itch.

They were going to take mine out in the hospital on the 3rd day, but my Dr said she wanted to wait another day since I had my DS later in the afternoon.. So she took them out on Day 4

mine were out 5 days after the csection. but my sil had her staples in for a longer time, her skin started to grow over her staples. they came out with no problem. it will just pinch alil more but thats it. try to get them out asap.

Mine were removed at 4 days (while I was still in the hospital) I thought they always removed them before sending you home if it was healed enough.

they took mine out a week later...you better go as soon as you can... even go to the emergency room and get them removed... my friend did that because her doctor had the same situation.. They did them for her
