grew up in wantagh and we recently bought in n. merrick. never thought i'd end up so close to home....we lived in long beach the last 7 years so adjusting is the hardest part. we know we made the right choice and love our home!

just bought in east islip south of montauk. VERY happy here & great school district. the neighborhoods are beautiful and we're right by hecksher park.

LOVE my town. .. i live in Levittown and it is such a wonderful community , the school district is great (DH grew up there)
and most of all the houses are affordable!
he he...i live in LEVITTOWN PA. same developers and set up..just less $$ than LI.
we moved there from brooklyn..best thing we did.
That's so funny! We drove through Levittown PA when we went to Sesame PL. I said to my dh that it looked JUST like the Levittown on LI.

While I live in the Smithtown/Commack/KP area....I grew up in Lindenhurst and would recommend there as well as Babylon, East Islip is also really good.
I loved growing up in that area....nice town feel, decent SD, lots to do, real community feel etc.
MY DH grew up in KP, and even if we ever move, I know it will be in to Northport, Commack, KP or Smithtown, thats as far as I can get him to go long term (we lived in centereach for 2.5 years but he had to come home!)
