BTDT moms...Let's talk 3rd birthday parties
DD will be turning 3 over the summer and I have NO clue what to do for her party.
I am looking for ideas! A few of my ideas were a pizza making party, ice cream party. A friend just did a party at a candy store.
Any thoughts?

We did a craft party but they also did some games and songs. It was nice. My DD loves anything with arts and crafts. Personally, I wouldn't be a fan of a candy party at this age.

For my 1st DD's 3rd we did a Saf-t Swim party. We are doing a My Gym party for my 2nd DD's birthday.

At the dance studio where DD takes Music Together they have a sign up advertising dance parties. I think I may do that for DDs 3rd birthday next year

We just did DS's 3rd B-day Party at the Nunley's Carosel. It was awesome! Everyone had a great time and they take care of everything. All you bring is the cake!

We got an entertainer and bouncy house for our house. It was a LOT of work.
I think zoo, bouncy houses and my gym type parties are well liked by 3 year olds.
I will probably do a bounce house party next year.

We are doing Boomers - like a Chuck E. Cheese place but it has an outside "carnival" area. DS's birthday is in July.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I was also looking at adventurland and little chefs. Anyone do a party or go to a party at either place?

We went to a 3rd birthday at White Post..it was really fun and cute. the kids loved it.
I think we are going to do DD's in our yard in July with just a few of her little friends...maybe 6 kids? I was thinking water table, bouncer, pizza, cake, done.
