I think it depends on the kid, but I'd say 3 plus. It is something I'm looking forward to doing with DD, there's a totally organic spa near with no fumes and extremely clean. Hopefully in a few years.

DD is 2 1/2 and I would love to bring her to get a manicure with me, but she constantly has her hands in her mouth so I refuse to put polish on her nails while she's still doing that.

So do these tubs that have liners- are they not jetted? I can't stand the jets- first of all they don't feel good to me-I don't find it to feel any better than just soaking in still hot water- and that is where all the bacteria and fungus are harbored- inside those jet heads. So how do the liners work?
I have to look and see if they still have the jets. But they put this shower cap insert into the body of the tub and run hot water from the faucet. So if there is a jet it's not turned on or anything. They don't take the shower cap off until my feet are out and then all that water goes down the drain and the cap is throw away.
I need a pedi and so I am going to examine this a bit more carefully! I figured the law changed bc they use these at every place I've gone to for the past like 2 years maybe?
