Bob's furniture

any thoughts? theres a sectional there and i'm debating..anywhere else for a reasonably priced sectional that you might know of?

I got all my bedroom furniture there -- including my BoboPedic bed and it is amazing. I highly recommend.

We got our sectional from Lazboy and while I love it, I wish we had known about Bobs because it would have been less there.

Someone I know used Bobs, and was very happy. I never saw the stuff, so I cant say MO.

Just bought a sectional, like it, price was right, at home with no problems.

Okay so i am not going to tell you what to do BUT......I bought my bedroom furniture from there. I got the bob-o-pedic as well, adn there is nothing wrong with my bedrrom furniture BUT.......... did get my ENTIRE living room set from there....4 TIMES! the first set the right arm on the couch was broken, so they sent a repair guy, gave us a 3 hour window for him to show up over an hour late. Told us it would take 4 hours to fix it and it's not worth it, he would just exchange. And he didnt have hi own tools, he would have had to use DH's tools. THEN, we recieved our 2nd couch, SAME PROBLEM. Broken arm, same arm same break. We though that particular set, that batch, was maybe defective. IN the meantime my mom is buying her LR set from there. So we get one more couch fromt that set, and guess what?!?!?!?! IT'S BROKEN! They sent us a $100 gift card for our trouble. Big friggen deal! Well then we decided lets try one more time with a totally different set, so we did. We got another set AND, There was another broken arm. THis time the left arm. My mother gets her funitre delivered and the back of her couch was broken, there was a piece of wood sticking out, and one of the cushions it looked like they dd not have enough material to finish so there was a spot where you can see the stuffing. And then my moms coffee table she got i guess it's aluminum and glass, well they never finished it! There were spots all over where they didn't complete. Needless to say she returned her entire set. And so did we. DH and i were so fed up it was unbelieveable! When trying to return the furniture, the customer service was horrible. Everytime they came to deliver a new piece of furniture they were late and held us up all day. IT was one of the worst experiences of my life! We wound up going to Levitz and spent just a little b it more money and we are so 100% completely happy with our furniture.
