At first I thought he shouldn't be fired it was 11 years ago. But then I was reading that he still makes women uncomfortable with comments and such and the women on the today show pushed for some kind of action to be taken. So if he was truly a changed person then no I don't think he should be fired but from what I have read he still acts like that so yes he should be fired

Chris Matthew got to keep his job when he was caught recently on a mic commenting on Melania. So...
Chris Matthews has made several misogynistic statements and is a total creep. That being said, at the time Billy Bush was a young reporter interviewing a major celebrity and was probably trying to stay in Trump's good graces. Imagine you are in a private conversation with your female boss who is saying something crass - would you call her out on it or just nod and laugh?

I thought that too for a second. Then I saw the full video. When they got off the bus they shook hands with the woman and then bush told her to give trump a hug. I got a skevy feeling watching it!

Why does everyone keep saying this was a private convo?
They were mic'd. They were being filmed. Both DT and Billy Bush were there for work purposes - Billy was there as a reporter doing his job. This wasn't a private convo. And he actively participated in the talk, he wasn't just moving the conversation along, not from what I heard.
I agree with the suspension, and I think firing him would be fair, but I also think that a lengthy suspension and some training would be appropriate.
