Make sure you have at least $10k in the bank at all times.
I WISH!!!!!!!! With 2 kids and day and after care we can't save anything from Aug-Jan. It stinks!!

My wifes jewerly is still on my parents policy - I have to take it off - thanks for reminding me.
N Wantagh which is levittown schools water bill is usually higher than Levittown for some reason...

We're hoping to be in Wantagh Woods area - hopefully it's not too much more or we'll never be able to renovate!
