BFP Question...
So I got my BFP last night (confirmed w/ two different types of HPTs). I like can't even believe its real so I keep researching false positives on the internet and I found that a luteal cyst can cause a false positive. After I ovulated I remembered having sharp pains on my left side so now I'm paranoid that maybe I have a luteal cyst causing a false positive.
Anyone have any experience w/ this?

stop googling and doing online research.
You will drive yourself crazy.
pains on your side in cramping is normal for pregnancy and ovulation and AF.
If you sincerely believe you have this cyst, then contact a doctor.
But I say:
Congratulations on your pregnancy!!

There's pretty much no such thing as a "false positive" just a false negative. Congratulations!!!!!!

google is not your friend with it comes to ttc and pregnacy!! ive learned that the heard way and have also driven myself crazy!!

I have a cyst on my right side and I've had it for over a year. I am now over 12 weeks! Congrats to you!!!!!

Google=Very Bad
Those cramps can happen, before, during or after you ovulate or its implantation cramping.
