BF Question re leaking
I've been BF for over 11 months. I haven't leaked at night since DS was a newborn and last night I woke up at 4:30AM with a wet shirt. What gives? I did nothing different then I normally do as far as pumping/nursing yesterday. Any thoughts??

Hmmm...with DD#1, no matter what I did, I always leaked and always woke up engorged...so I don't really have any advice. I will say you should buy more pads...it just can't hurt to have them and you just never know...
I wore them morning, noon and night while BF...

I don't really have any advice. I never leak anymore. Not since DS was about 6 weeks old. But, I do always keep pads handy just in case I need one.

I know - that's why I'm so  I don't think I've leaked in the night since DS was a month old - to wake up in the middle of the night to that was so confusing! I guess we'll see if it continues to happen. Here I am considering weaning soon and I'm back to square 1.

Maybe you had a dream about him and just don't remember. It doesn't happen as often now, but when I think about my boys-I can feel my milk letting down(that tingle that almost hurts) and sometimes would leak. That is the only thing I can think of

I think it's just a random event. DD is 14 months and that happened to me 2 nights in a row @ a month ago for no reason that I could figure out. Hasn't happened since.
