BF moms please help. EBF and been feeling ovulation cramping (?) has this happened to anyone
My DS is almost 7mo. I EBF , the only time he gets anything but BM is when he has baby food 2x day (even then he NEEDS to BF after he is finished with baby food) and formula just before bed , which we just started last week. I also pump in the morning.
The day before yesterday I started feeling this weird but femiliar pressu and dull cramping in my lower abdomen, yesterday it got worse and today , it def feels like an ovulation pain , I normally have very painful ovulation each month, but haven't felt it since bofore I git pregnant. I also have a clear but eggwhite CM (sorry for TMI)
Anyone have experience with this? I BF my DD too for 7 months and never had anything like this happen.

Sounds like you've ovulating to me!
I got AF 2 mos pp while EBF (still am and LO is almost 6 mos). It happens. It sucks!

so since it seems like I'm ovulating am I to assume I'll be getting my AF soon ?

Happened to me. Ebf and got af when dd was 3mos old. I was furious! I think bc of sandy I had to stop pumping my oversupply and so with that dip it made af come on.
Dd is 7mos and I have gotten my period consistently for the past 4mos and I am still breast feeding.

I got AF back at 7 months PP with both boys. It's more likely to come back once you've introduced solids and the baby may not be BFing as often.

I'm one of the "lucky" few that got AF back 6 wks PP! I was PISSED! So yeah, it's totally possible.

Just because you BF does not mean AF won't come back. My sis EBF and AF came back at 3 months.
This is why you cannot beleive in "oh you are BF so you do not have to use BC...." LIE LIE LIE. you can still get PG and AF can come back anytime!!!

I've had mild cramping on and off for months and it always makes me wonder if AF is on it's way. However, 11 months pp and it's not back yet.

I EBF and got my period back by 6 months.
Got pregnant @ 8 months .... be careful

Sounds like ovulation. My DS was still nursing constantly around the clock(hardly ever eating solids) when my period returned at 9 months PP.

It sounds like AF. I EBF with both of my kids. AF showed up 8 WEEKS pp with my first child. I got lucky with my 2nd. AF didn't show up till 6 MONTHS pp.
Usually right before my period I will experience a drop in milk supply. If supply drops you know it's coming.

I know, and I hope everyone else does, my older sister has 4 kids and she was EBF each time she conceived.
I was just not thinking O pain would be so intense while BF , that's why I was asking, I actually still have the cramping today and this is the 3rd day, normally it doesn't last more than a day for me .

see what I'm having is not the AF camping , it's the ovulation pain . They are different for me not sure if they are for everyone else.
