Cramping & ovulation
im pretty sure i O'd yesterday and im not sure if im ovulating today or not but is it normal to have some lite cramping during or right after O'ing??

yes - it's calle mittleshmerz - i get it every month. That and the EWCM is how I know I am ovulating. Mine lasts several hours and is very uncomfortable.
