None. Get something form the dermatologist. Only thing that works. That and being gluten free.
I've heard dairy can also be a reason.

I use something called Egyptian Magic
It's AMAZING
I have both excema and psoriasis and it helps with both
And it's made with natural things like royal jelly, bee wax...works great
